I have the right to use your commission as an example for my portfolio.

I have the right to publish your commission on my social media. If you don't want me to do it right after I'm finished (e.g. the artwork might be a gift for someone else) please let me know BEFORE I start working.

You have the right to set my work on your avatar, wallpaper, Facebook profile or share it on other social media ONLY with the correct credit (e.g drawing made by kuroseku).

You are NOT allowed to remove my signature from the finished commission.

You are NOT allowed to change anything in the finished commission yourself, unless I agree.

You are NOT allowed to use the graphics for commercial purposes, unless you pay for it.

Please have in mind that I have my own way of working and it may be very different from others. I hate monotony so I do many things at the same time from adoptions to customs and other activities. It is very chaotic but that's just how I work. I can't do only one thing for a couple of days.

I won't work with problematic clients or someone who only mean to harm my mental health.

Please send a clear reference photo of your character and describe it. It will make my job much easier.

If the character design changes during your commission, please let me know DURING, not after it's finished.

If you see mistakes at work, tell me about them right away. I'm only human, sometimes I can forget the most obvious thing.

After showing the work in color, I can make minor corrections, but if you decide to change the entire concept and pose, I have the right to ask for a surcharge or cancel the order completely.

I have the right to cancel the commission if you are disrespectful towards me and you burden me mentally. I will not work with a client who brings me stress.

I have the right to cancel the commission in the event of no response from you. I won't wait six months to find out if everything is alright.

I can refuse to do the commission if the character design is too difficult for me.

I have my own life, I'm an ordinary person - please respect this and don't ask about the progress of work more often than ONCE a week. Daily questioning discourages me, and in that case, I may refuse to continue working.

I usually do the job within a few days to several months, depending on how demanding it is. If this bothers you, we can set a deadline and I will stick to it. I always report delays.

TAT may be extended depending on my health or the efficiency of the equipment on which I work.

Remember that I am constantly developing and experimenting with the style, so the works may differ from each other by small elements.

I always send wips from three stages: sketch, lineart and colors.

I accept payment only after you approve the sketch.

I accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer/BLIK (Polish customers).

I accept payment only in USD.

Prices in PLN are only for Polish customers.

Tips are welcomed.

I will make a refund if I cancel the work due to my fault, e.g. I will not have the strength to finish it

If you cancel your commission BEFORE I start, I will also make a refund.

In any other situation I DON'T make refunds.
